United fans will have no doubt have been tuning in to see Portugal's 4-0 destruction of Israel in the Euro Under-21 Championships on Saturday. The focus of Reds fans attention will of course be United new boy Nani, who hasn't been in top form throughout the tournament, but on Saturday in Groningen he capped off a very good performance by scoring with a superb 25 yard drive to make the scoreline 4-0. Nani's link up play was good and based on this performance there looks to be great things to look out for in the coming season ahead.
The win wasn't enough for Portugal to secure a place in the semi-final as Holland v Belguim finished up as a draw, which meant the Portuguese had to settle for third place in the group.
